Lavender purple marble NOTD

Hello, dear readers,

how are you feeling today??

It's been quite a while since I've done a marble manicure, this was my very first one, and today is time to show you my second one:) though I think it's not a success, at least not in my opinion, it looks better in pics than in real life:) My fav is the one on ring finger.

As a base I used yesterday's NOTD with China glaze Agent lavender. For marbling I took Chic 268 and OPI Alpine snow.

What do you think of the marble? Have you tried doing it? What was the result?

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day:*

  5. This is so pretty. I think sometimes we can be more critical of our work than others are. To me ALL the nails look so pretty and unique - no two are the same. And for some reason, I love all shades of purple, so this is a winner in my book!

  9. I really like the colors you picked! Sometimes when I try to use white I have trouble with other colors bleeding into it.

Water marbling is probably my favorite kind of manicure - I've been trying to do at least 1 a week since I started my YT channel & I feel like I learn something new every time & am constantly getting more ideas of color combinations & designs =)

  14. I think it's super cute. I love the color combination. I've done a marble only once before and haven't tried it again. I'm too lazy to deal with the clean up process. LOL! But yours came out well. Although I also love the pattern that came out on the ring finger.

jenobebs, I put some cover tape over my skin:) it works great!

nihrida and Collete, you're the master of marbling!

Klaudia, there're a lot of great videos on youtube:) you have luke warm water and then you add by drops nail polishes to form circles, afterwards you do a design in the water, put your finger in it and clean the excess polish and then put your finger out of the water:)
