Simple and glittery french KOTD - pics heavy

Hello, dear readers:)

A bit long time no hear from me, I'm having a busy week which is going to continue for a while, I think up till the end of the school in June. So sorry for the lack of posts, but I'm still polishing my nails so no worries, there will be enough pictures of them;)

Today I have for you something very simple and not so elevated:) Just a very simple french with a bit of twist. Over 1 coat of Nailtek f.2 I applied 1 coat of Essie Rock candy which is great for french manicure and then stamped the french tips with konad image plate m19 and Konad special polish in white, and this time I have to say that I'm really satisfied with how I stamped the french tips:) I did not want it to leave that plain but I also did want to add to much, I was just in that kind of a mood:) So I added 1 coat of China glaze Fairy dust to spice it up a bit and then put 1 coat of Poshe Fast drying topcoat over. The pictures could not capture the great effect Fairy dust gives, but still hope you're going to like them:)

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished start of the week:*

Wild purplelicious flowery konadicure

Hello, dear readers:)

Today I'm showing off my latest konadicure:P I absolutely love this one *big heart* The base is Color club Wild at heart, fully swatched HERE. Then I used im m73 and another Color club polish Worth the risque, and it works really great. Though in the pics it is not as clearly visible, but IRL it is much more precise.

Hope you like it as much as I do:)

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day:*

Color Club Wild at heart swatch - pics heavy!

Hey, dear readers:)

How are you today?

I have my first Color Club nail polish in full swatch for you, and I'm sure you already know this beauty. It's Wild at heart, gorgeous purple loaded with holographic shimmer. It covers really great, perhaps 1 coat would do, but I added a second one to achieve more depth of the colour. As there was no sun outside I took pics inside my lightbox with artificial light.

Please excuse me, I just couldn't help myself and took an enormous amount of pics I would like to share with you and show you how amazing this polish is. Enlarge the pictures to see the whole beauty of it:)

I must say I really love this polish, amazing colour, great application and coverage. A small minus is that the tips were visible really fast, otherwise no problems at all, also no chipping.

Do you share my love for it?:)

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day:*

A quicky post and a classic combination

Hello, dear readers:)

A quick post today and with guest nails. As I've made this manicure a while ago, I somehow cannot remember which red polish I used:) but the image plate is m51 and the design is stamped with Konad special nail polish in white and then I added 1 coat of Poshe Fast drying topcoat.

I always love the red and white combination, how about you??

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day:*

Color club Worth the risque vs. China glaze OMG, Wild at heart vs. LOL - A comparison

Hey, dear readers:)

Hope you're having a great time at weekend. I'm so glad the holidays have started:)

As promised, here's the comparison of Color club Worth the risque and China glaze OMG. Both are silver holographic nail polishes, before I got the CC I thought I don't need it, but how wrong was I:D Both polishes are great, the application is flawless, the drying time is a bit better with CG OMG than with Worth the risque, but the holo effect is much better visible in OMG. Worth the risque has great coverage, perhaps one thicker coat would do whereas with OMG you need 2 coats to get the ful opacity. Both work great with konad, though the Worth the risque works a bit better for me.

As with Wild at heart and LOL I also asked myself whether is reasonable to have two purple holo polishes, and the answer is definetely YES:D Those two are never dupes, you have to have them both. Again, the holo effect is better visible in LOL, but the colours are different. Wild at heart is much darker than LOL, and Wild at heart covers in 1 coat, whereas LOL needs 2 but its drying time is a bit faster than with Wild at heart. Have to try them both on how they work with konad.

All the swatches on the colour wheel are 2 coats of each polish. The first picture which is also more colour accurate was taken in my lightbox with artificial light and flash. The second one indoors with flash.

Conclusion: I think you need them all, huh:D

Do you own which of the four polishes? Would you like to have some of them?

Thank you, dear readers and commenters, have a nice and polished day:*

Which colour do you fancy most? And which ones would you like to have?

I am going to do a comparison between China glaze OMG and Color club Worth the risque as well as CG LOL and CC Wild at heart in the next days, hope it will help decide which one to choose;)

Merry Midnight konadicure - pastel pink over purple and m78

Hey, dear readers:)

How are you doing on this cloudy day??:) I've got a konadicure to cheer up the day, hope you'll like it;)

I used yesterday's NOTD and Konad special nail polish in pastel pink as well as im m78, one of the new plates I got in my last konad order. To add the shine, I put over all 1 coat of Poshe topcoat.

Only the first pic was taken in the lightbox with artificial light and flash, all others were taken in the sunlight without flash. It was so difficult to capture the pastel pink effect over purple, as it almost looked white. It's more and better visible in real life and it looks great as there's subtle pink shimmer in the Merry midnight.

Thank you, dear readers and commenters, have a nice and polished day:*
