2nd upgrade: half moon + konad?!? Could this go?

 Hello, dear readers and followers:)

Today I bring you the 2nd upgrade of the TBN Rasberries&cream (swatched HERE, 1st upgrade HERE). Again, I used the stickers and stamped the black part of the half moon with Konad special nail polish in red. First pictures are taken without the top coat and the stamped image kind of a stands out, but then I added the Seche Topcoat to give extra shine to the whole manicure. I used Konad image plate m71.
I really loved the effect I achieved, how about you? Have you ever tried this combination? What is your opinion on it? Would you  wear it or not?

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day, and of course WEEKEND:*

Enlarge the pics to see the effect better, it looked more visible in person than in the pictures:)

Red and black=great! First attempt at half moon manicure

 Hello, dear readers and followers:)

As promised, I bring you the first up-grade of the TBN Raspberries&cream (fully swatched HERE). I have never tried the half moon manicure though I had been tempted before:)
I used the paper stickers and China glaze Liquid leather, as well as Seche Vite Fast drying top coat.

What do you think of the result? Would you wear it?

Have you ever tried this type of manicure? What is your opinion on it? Yay or nay?

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day:*

Say hello to an Aussie beauty:) TBN Raspberries&cream swatch and NOTD

Hello, dear readers and followers:)

Hope you're having a great start into the new week!

Today's post is about another beautiful polish, which I got in my swap with lovely Michelle from Cosmetic cupcake. It's a brand totally new to me, namely the TBN (stands for Totally beautiful nails). The shade is called Raspberries&cream, and it describes it perfectly:) it's though you would crush the raspberries and add some cream to sweeten everything up. Lovely colour, though somehow my camera wasn't able to catch it completely. The drying time is normal also the staying. There are 2 coats in the pictures over 1 coat of Nailtek f.2.

I also played around a bit, so expect to see some nail art, or at least a few up-grades:)

Have you got any experiences with TBN polishes? What do you think of them?

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day:*

My stash :) warning pic heavy!

Hello, dear readers and followers, long time no hear from me:)

The work requires more of me than I've thought, so sorry for the lack of post :(

In the meantime I got a new storage place for my nail polishes, they were getting so many so I needed a new home for them. I bought a red metall container in Mömax (Austria) which I placed in our living room.

The total number of all polishes is 174, not so high right;)

Let's take a look at the collection.
The first pic is the stash before I began to re-organize it.

The second pic, my french manicure polishes:

My other nail polishes which I use primarily for stamping:

There're also 2 polishes in orange and coral, though I forgot to take pics of them.

My new ones (ready to be swatched):

Polishes which I tried but I don't like them anymore:) so they're going to be sold or given away:)

My treatments and top coats with some special polishes:

My collection of treatments, top coats, konad special polishes, image plates and other stuff needed for stamping organized in the drawer:

Other polishes which need to be tried and swatched:

That's it,  how do you organize your polishes? By colours, brands, types or any other way??

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished weekend:*

1-colour-double stamping KOTD

Good morning, lovelies:)

A quick but picture heavy post today, with yesterday's NOTD with Essence Happy holiday. For stamping I used China glaze Millenium and konad im m57. I chose the fishnet all-over design and the flowers that are on the same plate. All pics except the last one were taken in my lightbox with artificial light. The last one was taken indoors with flash.

How do you like the end result?

Thank you, dear readers and commenters, have a nice and polished start of the week:*

Essence All I want LE Happy holiday swatch and NOTD

Hello, dear readers:)

Hope you're enjoying the last day of the weekend;) I took a few days off, and here's another polish swatch I have for you. It's from winter's limited edition from Essence named All I want. The polish is carries name Happy holiday and it's completely opaque in 2 coats, perhaps one thicker would also do. No problems with application also, although the tipwear is pretty visible soon. The colour is berry purple with subtle blue shimmer that sometimes hints to purple too. Lovely colour though:) I also added 1 coat of INM OutTheDoor topcoat.

What do you think of it? Do you own this colour too? Have any similar ones?

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day:*
