Quick red and holo wild konadicure - guest nails

Hey,

dear readers and followers :) It's been a while since my last post. My index finger is getting better, and I must say these Essence patches work really great; I've had one on for a week and it still holds great, and my nail is slowely growing out. No mine nails today, but the usual guest nails you already know:)

For this manicure I used 2 coats of an unknow red polish, which I then stamped with konad im m57 (somehow my fav plate, at least if I count how many times I've used it by now:) and Color club Worth the risque. Then I applied 1 coat of Poshe Fast drying topcoat.

My friend really liked the combination, how about you?:)

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day:*

Gradient Pink Cherry Chutney NOTD

Hello, dear readers:)

A quick post today. As I said yesterday I broke my index nail and this manicure is the last one I had made before I had to cut them down:(

For this mani I used my yesterday's NOTD with OPI Black cherry chutney and Oriflame  nail polish in Orchid which I applied with a sponge. There's not topcoat in the pictures, though it looks a bit rough, I should have added one:)

I kind of a like it, but not too much, how about you?

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day:*

OPI Black cherry chutney swatch- NOTD and an accident:(

Hey, dear readers:)

A quick post today. I'm sure you know this beauty I'm showing you today. It's OPI's Black cherry chutney, gorgeous dark shimmery reddish purple which looks almost black indoors, but it gets livelier when being in the sun or under light. It's completely opaque in 2 coats and there's also 1 coat of top coat in the pictures. All the pictures were taken in my lightbox, with artificial light and flash. The shimmer is really difficult to capture with camera, but as I did this manicure a few days before and wore it till yesterday, I wasn't able to do any pictures in the sun, which  would have done this polish justice. Please excuse the tipwear:)

While shopping on Friday, I hit with my finger into a shelf, silly me :S and broken my index finger so badly I did not know what to do, so I ran to a cosmetics store and bought Essence silky patches and their glue, cut my nails down and stick the patch to my broken nail. Before that I made a gradient manicure which I'm going to show you tomorrow:) But from this week on, you'll see a bit shorter nails than usual, well it was only a matter of time before I would cut them down, they were really getting to bother me while practising karate too.

So what do you think of the colour? What do you usually do when you break a nail? Any advice?

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished start of the week:*

Swap, anyone??? :)

Hello, dear readers:)

How are you today? Feeling great?

I was wondering if anyone of you, my lovely readers, would be interested in swapping some nail polishes and other nail art stuff? I'm mostly interested in Color Club, Diamond cosmetics, Claire Mood polishes (especially the purple one <3 ), China glaze, Essie, OPI, etc. other brands that are not available where I live and some flakies of course, which are my lemming:P

The polishes I can send are Essence, S-he, Catrice (I've got only 2 from their LE), Vollare, Miss Sporty, H&M, and perhaps some other unknown brands. I'm going to Austria on Monday, so if you want me to get you some polishes from the Catrice line or H&M (they have added some gorgeous colours to their regular line, you can check the fellow European bloggers for the shades), let me know.

So what do you think? Yay or nay? Let me know or drop me an email if you're for it:)

Thank you, dear readers and followers:*

Color Club Fashion addict swatch ''Warning - picture heavy and danger of blindness:)''

Hey, dear readers:)

Are you having such a lousy weather as we do here in Slovenia? Rainy, foggy and cold days. But I have something to cheer you up, at least I hope so;) Last week when there was plenty of sun I swatched Color club Fashion addict nail polish. It's a light lilac purple holographic polish, truly amazing IRL but also in pictures. There are 2 coats in the pictures, though the texture is pretty dense and has great coverage. Drying time is normal. The tips weren't visible in such a short time as in Wild at heart.

On to the pics to show you this beauty. I took photos in the sun, indoors with flash, indoors with no flash in lightbox with flash, and they were so many I couldn't decide which one to post, so here are only a few of them.

What do you think of it? Do you like it too?

OT: I'm really p***** off, because now that I have tried these gorgeous shades of Color club I am not able to order them on Trans design, nor any other polish brand available at their web site, at least not with the previous normal shipping, and I was trying to order Revvvolution and Where's the Soiree too, and some other shades also but they were sold out when I did my last order. It looks I won't be able to get my hands on these, not even to think of all the new collections from other nail polish brands :S The new shipping charges are insanely high, more than 40 dollars per package.

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished day:*

Simple and glittery french KOTD - pics heavy

Hello, dear readers:)

A bit long time no hear from me, I'm having a busy week which is going to continue for a while, I think up till the end of the school in June. So sorry for the lack of posts, but I'm still polishing my nails so no worries, there will be enough pictures of them;)

Today I have for you something very simple and not so elevated:) Just a very simple french with a bit of twist. Over 1 coat of Nailtek f.2 I applied 1 coat of Essie Rock candy which is great for french manicure and then stamped the french tips with konad image plate m19 and Konad special polish in white, and this time I have to say that I'm really satisfied with how I stamped the french tips:) I did not want it to leave that plain but I also did want to add to much, I was just in that kind of a mood:) So I added 1 coat of China glaze Fairy dust to spice it up a bit and then put 1 coat of Poshe Fast drying topcoat over. The pictures could not capture the great effect Fairy dust gives, but still hope you're going to like them:)

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished start of the week:*
