Essie Sexy divide swatch

I own 3 Essie polishes, up till now;) The last one from 3 is Sexy divide, which is a dark eggplant purple with shimmer, a really gorgeous shade which is hard to capture with a camera. It's a one coater in the pics, but I could easily do the second coat, after the pics were taken I saw that one coat would be needed although IRL one would do just fine if you're careful;)

On to the pics: all were taken uder artificial light, w/o flash

What do you think of the colour?Like it or not?

Thank you dear readers and commenters, have a nice and polished day:*

What's a manicure without a konad?;) I decided to go for flowers to cheer me up. With China glaze Passion I stamped my yesterday's NOTD with konad image plate m61. Do you like it? Would you wear it?

Essie Swing velvet swatch - quicky

Here's the third Essie nail polish I own, there are 2 coats in the pics over 1 coat of Nailtek f.2. Top coat used over it is Essie G2G. First two pics were made under artificial light (first no flash, second flash) and the last with flash. If I were more careful I might just do one coat, but for better depth I added the second coat.  What do you think of the colour? Just another red or does it have something to it?

Thank you dear readers and commenters, have a nice and polished day:*

Happy New Year 2010:* and some swatches of CG C-C Courage

Hey,

hope you all had a fun and great jump into New Year 2010! I had mine, we spent the evening in a remote skiiing hut, though there was not much snow:( but we had a great time anyway. Where did you spend New Year's Eve?

Here's a polish which was part of my latest haul, namely the China glaze C-C Courage. I applied 2 coats of it over 1 coat of Nailtek f.2 and 1coat of INM OutTheDoor topcoat. What do you think of the colour? Do you like it or not? All pictures were taken under artificial light, with and without flash, and they are quite colour accurate, the polish is a bit more purple IRL.

I've also made a konadicure I was not able to post previous year due to a virus on my computer, so here it is today:) and it's Christmas related. There are 2 coats of China glaze C-C Courage and the stamp is made with China glaze Millenium and konad image plate m12 and 1 coat of INM OutTheDoor.

Thank you dear readers and commenters, have a great and polished 2010:*

Ruby-silver-diamond konadicure for New Year

Here's a konadicure I am going to wear to celebrate the coming year:) I just could not resist using China glaze Ruby pumps as the base, this is truly an awsome festive polish that keeps you starring at your nails all the time;) There are two coats in the pictures. After painting my nails in ruby red I stamped them with China glaze Millenium and fauxnad image plate P16, which is becoming my new favourite, but I have to tell that I finally received the snowflake image plate from konad, yay! Well that's not the only ip I got, there were 5 more in the package, pics are coming next year, haha;) Then I added clear rhinestones from Essence and applied INM OutTheDoor topcoat.

What do you think of the manicure?? Do you like it? What's your favourite colour for New Year's celebration? What are you going with? Simply polish or some konad or nail art?

Dear readers and commenters, wish you all the BEST in the year to come, and a BIG thank for following, reading and commenting, it really means a lot to me:* Have a happy and polished year, KISSES from

Anita alias KONADomania

XOXO

Red&gold gradient konadicure

Hey, you lovelies!

How are you? Ready for party?;) I finally got my computer back, had some viruses and other malware on it:( but now it works great:) Here's a manicure I did about a week or more ago, for the winter theme contest. I used 2 coats of E.L.F. Burgundy over I coat of Nailtek f.2. Then a used a kitchen sponge and China glaze Passion to do the gradient which I stamped again with E.L.F. Burgundy and fauxnad image plate H23. Enlarge the pics to see the detail;)

Hope you're having a great time and lots of fun in New Year, have a nice and polished rest of the old one;)
